The Rally for Iraq Scholarship Endowment was founded in March of 2008 by a group of young Iraqi-American volunteers and their friends. Rally for Iraq’s goal is to sponsor need-based, higher-level educational opportunities for Iraqis to study in U.S. colleges and graduate schools so that they have the skills to contribute to the reconstruction of their homeland. We envision that Rally for Iraq Scholars will contribute directly towards Iraq’s future success and will serve as positive role models for other students in their country.
